ABOUT SALEH
Mohammed Saleh was born in the city of lights, Karachi, Pakistan. He has been based in Islamabad, working as a creative director, model, content creator, jewellery advisor, and brand ambassador for fine jewellery and haute couture brands. He is the creator of a digital storytelling jewellery platform called Myjewelita.
As the co-founder of the innovative social media marketing agency, Digitized, Saleh is also involved in developing campaigns for designers and retailers in the jewellery industry. His jewellery journey began in early 2009 when he was introduced to this industry by his father. As a seasoned veteran in the industry and 4th generation jewelry manufacturer, Saleh’s father also handed over the family business of Shaikha Gems & Jewellery to his son.
Myjewelita is a dialogue about gems, launched in 2024 and is a digital storytelling window of Saleh’s journey shown through carefully curated fine, costume and vintage jewellery in a lifestyle and travelling context, bringing together creative photography and writing. Some of the topics covered on Myjewelita continues to stories from around the world with respect to ethical sourcing and respect for craftsmanship in all types of jewellery.
